Combining my interests and skills in film scoring, music supervision, data science, and computer programming, I founded Total Music Metadata in order to offer premiere data services for production music libraries.

As a composer, I’ve written music for films, documentaries, and production music libraries. I’ve also composed classical concert music as well as written and/or produced music for various solo and collaborative projects.

As a music supervisor and production music library owner, I’ve provided full music supervision and music editing services utilizing both my own library (Resolution Music Collection) as well as numerous other libraries.

To keep myself grounded in an ever increasingly digital world, I love spending time with my wife, son and friends as well as playing rec league softball, golfing, fishing, grilling, and hiking.

Having majored in Entertainment Management, music metadata has always been a passion of mine. With previous experience interning in music publishing and live music venues, working for Total Music Metadata has allowed me to continue stretching my knowledge within the realm of music metadata. I love exploring the world of music in film and discovering new artists from around the world. When I’m not working you can find me curating new playlists, kickboxing, playing video games with my husband, or singing in the kitchen.

Allister Quade is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, producer, and entrepreneur out of Duluth, MN. He has been in music for over 25 years, starting out as an artist and musician playing in the local music scene. He is a 2022 graduate of the Berklee College of Music with a BFA in Songwriting and Producing Music. He brings a unique sound and style to the music he writes and is passionate about creating high quality music and helping others bring to life their musical projects.

My life slogan has always been, “do what you love so you won’t feel like you’re working,” and I am doing just that! I grew up in the entertainment industry as a violinist and slowly moved my way into areas of music supervision, music data analysis, and Digital Streaming Platforms. As a performer, I’ve been fortunate to play in venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Walt Disney Concert Hall alongside classical orchestras. I recently joined the Total Music Metadata family and have been super blessed to work in a knowledgable and caring team such as this one. Some of my favorite hobbies include reading, Taekwondo and learning new languages. If I’m not in the US, I’m most likely having fun in Korea at a cafe or even a K-Pop concert.

Music has always been a big part of my life. I’ve been playing piano for over seven years and have gained a lot of experience from things like live mixing small music events and working at a music studio. Working at Total Metadata has given me a look at another aspect of the music industry and has helped me grow my knowledge in new ways. Besides having a love for music, I enjoy spending time doing art, hitting the trails on my mountain bike, or playing video games.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Music Industry with a minor in Film Production at Northeastern University and I am highly passionate about the intersection of music and visual storytelling. My experiences in music licensing and publishing have strengthened my skills in organizing and managing music metadata, making it easy to connect the right music with the right opportunities. I am dedicated to ensuring music is discoverable and accessible for projects in film, TV, and beyond.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I am the guitarist and songwriter of an indie rock band. When I’m not playing music, I’m having fun on the pitch with my rugby team or scouting out the best local restaurants.
